The basis of any good dish is a good stock.

 

At our one day Soups and Stocks cookery class, learn how to make fish stock, beef stock and chicken stock from the raw ingredients – not from a stock cube!

 

Then, you’ll learn how to use your delicious stock to make some great warming soups.

 

We’ll also teach the principles of creating classic sauces like bechamel and what makes a cracking gravy.
