Fish Cookery
Book onto our fish cookery class where you will discover some amazing fish recipes and how to make great sauces to go with them.
As well as learning about choosing and preparing fish, you will cook some fish dishes including cod, vegetable and pancetta gratin, tuna balls with white wine sauce and baked mackerel with cider and apple.
You will also make some sauces including tartare sauce, hollandaise sauce and salsa verde.
